Board  Meeting  Schedule

The Unit 194 board meets at least 3 times a year at designated Unit 194 sectional tournaments.  In addition to the designated times the Unit 194 President can call a special meeting of the board on as when an needed basis.  Meetings take place on Saturday mornings normally starting at 11:00am at the sectionals detailed below.

The Unit 194 board also meets once a year at the Halifax November Sectional tournament for the Annual General Meeting where Unit officers and Area Representatives are elected for a designated term as defined in the Unit 194 ByLaws.

In years when Unit 194 is hosting the Can-At Regional tournament the board meets at the following tournaments:

• Halifax Sectional in November

• Truro Sectional in April

• Bridgewater in May

In years when Unit 230 is hosting the Can-At Regional tournament the board meets at the following tournaments:

• Halifax Sectional in November

• Truro Sectional in April

• Annapolis Valley Sectional in September
