Board  Meeting  Schedule

The Unit 194 board meets at least 3 times a year at designated Unit 194 sectional tournaments.  In addition to the designated times the Unit 194 President can call a special meeting of the board on as when and needed basis.  Meetings normally take place on Saturday afternoon between the 1st and 2nd session at the sectionals detailed below.

The Unit 194 board also meets once a year at the Halifax November Sectional tournament for the Annual General Meeting where Unit officers and Area Representatives are elected for a designated term as defined in the Unit 194 ByLaws.

In years when Unit 194 is hosting the Can-At Regional tournament the board meets at the following tournaments:

• Halifax Sectional in November

• Truro Sectional in April

• Bridgewater in May

In years when Unit 230 is hosting the Can-At Regional tournament the board meets at the following tournaments:

• Halifax Sectional in November

• Truro Sectional in April

• Annapolis Valley Sectional in September
